• OFF Flag In-view (No Flags On MASI):

  1.Replace indicator.
  
  2.Check for power to the indicator.
  
  3.Check wiring from ADC to indicator.

  
  OFF Flag In-view (With MACH and VMO Flags On MASI):

  1.Replace ADC.
  
  2.Check wiring from ADC to indicator.

  Notes:

  The OFF flag on the electric altimeters will indicate failures associated with the indicator OR the source information from the ADC to the indicator OR a power failure. Using the MACH and VMO flags on the correponding Mach Airspeed Indicator will help you determine whether the problem is with the indicator or the source data to the indicator.
